Ingredient:
3 Medium Carrot (cut in 1/4 inch slice)
2 Medium Cooking Onion (cut in dice)
1 Campbell Chicken Broth 900ml (low sodium)
3 Chicken Breast (Cut in dice)
Salt, fresh ground Pepper and thyme
Chopped Spagetti
Water
How I cook:
1. Cut chicken breast in dice, use salt and soy sauce to season for 15 mins
2. While waiting for chicken breast, boil water for chopped spagetti, pour chicken broth in big pot and heat it up, cut carrot in slice and onion in dice
3. Heat up the pan, use 1 table spoon of olive oil for pan fire carrot and onion. At the same time, rise spagetti in cold water then put it in chicken broth pot.
4. After pan fire carrot and onion, pour them in chicken broth pot.
5. Don't wash the pan, put another table spoon of olive oil, pan fire the chicken breast. Since I need to wait for about a min to let one side cook, I used this minute to wash the dishes that for preparation.
6. Ground fresh pepper while pan-firing chicken breast. Then pour the chicken breast into pot.
7. Boil it for 15 mins in medium heat.
